Program Description
This program introduces the various forms of conflict that can arise in the workplace and also delve into the 5 styles of conflict.
We will be looking into the strategies that you can use to help identify and deal with conflict situations and handling difficult people.
The program will have a structure of 30 mins of daily videos and exercises and 2 group mastermind calls where you can share your learnings and how you can utilise the strategies in your workplace.

8. Describe what constitutes a dangerous conflict and consider methods for handling risky situations
