The working environment can sometimes feel like a war zone, conflicts can arise between team members and individuals can clash on the most trivial of matters which can affect the team dynamics and ultimately the company culture.
This highly interactive one-day training workshop will consider the causes of conflict and we will look into developing practical skills to enable you to cope with conflict between others or directed at you.
This workshop is available as a face to face live online learning workshop through zoom. The course has a maximum of 6 participants to allow students to have the opportunity to get the most out of the training day.

- Resolving conflict between teams and individuals in the organisation
- The different types of conflict, to include an overview of the different
- conflict styles, open conflict and procedural conflict (grievances)
- The causes of conflict
- How to deal with conflict
- Looking at ways to deal with and prevent conflict in the organisation
Participants are required to have completed the 7-day workplace challenge as a pre-learning before participating
